At NF Kimya, we value contributing not only to chemical production processes but also to social transformation. In line with this, we conducted our "Gender Equality" workshop in collaboration with Pamukkale University KASUAM.

In this event, organised under the slogan "Take a Shot Too", we questioned gender-based stereotypes together; and had the opportunity to think about how to build a work culture based on equality.

We continue to increase our awareness and take action towards an equality-based working environment where every idea is valued.
